Update

Ok, update on Amanda. First a picture of her holter monitor. She wore it for 24 hrs and then it was returned. We had the appointment on the third for the treadmill test.
Result: Monitor said that 4% of her heartbeats were these PVC's increasing to 6% while sleeping. This is normal for the diagnosis of PVC's of Child Hood. Meaning that she would have been born with this. HOWEVER.., we also did the treadmill test today. For a child with pvc's of child hood they would expect to see pvc's at resting and light exercise but that they disappear as her heart rate goes up. But for Amanda, not one single pvc during the whole test!!!

The monitor.

So now he thinks it could have been the viral inflammation of the heart that caused these pvc's after all. And that is also my feeling. But he also had the objection that maybe she was too excited to be there and her heart rate was never low enough. It almost sounds as if he wanted this to be PVC's of Child Hood. So we have to come back in June to repeat ALL tests.

As for the rest of the family. Sophia had more blood work done and it seams she has to up her dose of synthroid as her levels were VERY low. We don't know if this has anything to do with her lack of appetite though. Also she has developed some kind of rash on her chest, legs and hands. It looks like small raised spots and they itch! So again we are trying to get a hold of dr. Hollister but also dr Babcock. ( dermatologist)

Me and Rich switched schedule for a while. So I am now working closing at work and he goes to work at 5am. So far so good. We will find out soon if this is 'permanent', but as for now it is over on march 31.
