Monday.

The day we got the results from Sophia's blood test.

We took Sophia to the doctor last week for blood test, as she has lately had very cold hands and feet. And the toes and fingers turn white when cold. Turns out, this is called "Raynaud's phenomenon".

So the results of the blood test came today. Sophia has hypothyroidism. In fact, her thyroid produces no hormone at all. So she has been prescribed "synthroid", to be taken once a day.

I think we caught it early, as the only symptom we have really seen, is the fingers and toes turning white. At least I hope we did.

Another test came back positive too.. She tested positive for lupus.. That one is not for sure yet, she is going to see a specialist in a month. And do more blood tests then, to see if the medications are helping. So for now, we are focusing on the thyroid. Nothing else. We will deal with the lupus if and when we know for sure.

On another note. Work today was OK. We were quite busy, and I managed to stay until 1 pm despite a very bad migraine..

The issue with my coworker is not yet resolved. We will see what happens tomorrow, when we have our monthly staff meeting.

Also. The appliances. We are to go see the black ones tomorrow at 5 pm. unfortunately the refrigerator is not a "side-by-side". It is with the freezer part on top, but bigger than the one we have now..
